Mr Pozzo is a qualified accountant who completed his articles with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.

Prior to joining Schindlers in 2007, Mr Pozzo held various senior positions at Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom within the bank’s specialised Finance and Reporting Service Centre. Prior to 2000 Mr Pozzo founded an accounting and financial services practice in Zimbabwe and served on the boards of various companies.

He is currently the General Manager and Compliance Officer for Schindlers Trust Mauritius Limited, a licensed and regulated professional corporate trustee and corporate service provider. Mr Pozzo serves as director of various Global Business Companies and Funds in a number of jurisdictions.
